SeatMargin terms of use
These terms cover SeatMargin at seatmargin.cashewcrate.com. By using it, you agree to these terms.
What SeatMargin is
SeatMargin is a planning calculator for user-entered event assumptions. It calculates projected ticket revenue, costs, profit, margin, and attendance thresholds. It does not sell tickets, collect event payments, predict demand, set tax rates, or provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Your inputs and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy of event assumptions and for checking results before making a financial decision. Rounding, browser limits, fee rules, or a mistaken input can change an output. We do not promise that calculations will match an event settlement or any professional record.
Browser storage
Event models are stored on the current browser. Clearing site data, changing device or browser, private browsing, browser failure, or device loss can remove them. Signing in separates local workspaces but does not create cloud backup. Use JSON export if you need a portable copy.
Free and paid access
The free plan supports one active local event. SeatMargin Pro is $3/month; Crate Pass is $15/month. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled and access remains through the paid period, subject to the checkout provider's terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the shared Cashew Crate subscription controls. For a refund request, email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds are assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Acceptable use
Do not use SeatMargin to break the law, interfere with the service, probe its security, distribute malware, or submit unlawful content through feedback. Do not attempt to bypass paid feature controls or abuse the shared authentication and checkout services.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Cashew Crate is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost event data, or decisions made from a SeatMargin calculation. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
